My Painful Love

My painful love, you have inspired me to write
Invading my mind through the day and night 
I pray every day that we someday reunite

You were able to hurt me in many ways.
For you, loving me was just a phase
Thinking of your black heart mind fills my days

Shall I compare you to a bad cherry? 
Or the cool icy breeze of February, 
The way you look at me in my memory.

How I despise the way you demolished my heart, 
Always dreaming about it like a painful dart,
If only we could somehow restart.

Remember my words whilst you're gone
May your future love be strong
