Creative Writing

start anew
winter came 
and snowflakes began to fall
a heart that was once ignited
had now been frozen

she stood by the edge
as she stared into space
a voice finally called out
and she had then realized

finally
spring has come

she let out a smile
as the sun rises
and the birds sing
with a blissful melody

a smile so sweet
had brought winter to an end
and now
her journey has just begun
