How to Communicate with Participants in Breakout Rooms
Host to participants communication:
The host can communicate to the breakout rooms using a feature that is “Broadcast a message to all” or choose a breakout room to communicate. The broadcast message displays as a pop-up message.
Participants to host communication:
Participants in breakout rooms can request the meeting host to join the meeting by clicking "Ask for Help". The host will be prompted to join the room where the request originated from.
