Discussion Forums are broad categories for discussion. A forum can be created with one topic or multiple topics or multiple forums can be created with one or more topics. Each forum must have at least one topic in order to be visible to students.
Steps to Add a Forum:
On the navigation bar, click Communication.
Click on Discussions.
Under the Discussion List tab, click New, and select New Forum from the dropdown menu.
