Managing Self and Time
Think positively: Replace a negative thought with a positive one
Example: (Negative thought) "I can't pass this test; it's going to be too difficult."
(Positive thought) "My learning is important. This test is an opportunity to review what I have learned."
Develop a study plan and stick to it.
Exercise or walk regularly as it helps to get rid of nervous energy.
Try to organize your study ahead of your exam, and do not cram the night before.
Over-prepare for your test.
