Make a video and/or an audio note in discussion boards
When responding to a discussion board you can use the video creation feature or upload or embed an audio or video.file. Below shows the different options.
Video Note
You may find the following video useful to watch in order to make the video note contribution to your discussion board. Note: in UCQ's D2L you can make a video that is up to 30 minutes.
Audio Note
You may find the following video useful to watch in order to make the audio note contribution to your discussion board. Note: in UCQ's D2L you can record an audio note up to 30 minutes.
Change timezone from Calgary to Doha
Change your time zone to Qatar in D2L
Beware: The default time zone for our D2L courses is set to Calgary. Changing the time zone is important so that you will be notified in the right time for activities such as assignment due dates.
- Click Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Time Zone.
- At Continent, select Asia.
- At Time Zone, select GMT+3:00 Qatar
