The key goal of making successful transitions from one paragraph to the next paragraph is for you to make a clear connection between the topics of each paragraph.
This is often done in the concluding sentence of one paragraph that includes the topic of the present and the topic of the next paragraphs in a clear, concise sentence.
Alternatively, this is also often done in the topic sentence of the new paragraph that includes the topic of the previous paragraph and the topic of the new paragraph in a clear, concise sentence.
This is easier to understand when you have clear examples to see while listening to an explanation.
