YuJa

If this is your first time to record a video, follow the steps here to install Yuja Software Capture Software.

Once installed, the recording is easy. You can launch YuJa Capture and Live Streaming Station in two ways:

Launch through the YuJa website

1. Log in to YuJa using the steps here.
2. Click on Create Recording from the center of your "My Media" screen.

Then from the pop-up window click the Start button.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

           4. Click on Open YuJa Software Station button to launch the software.                                                                         

Launch through the YuJa Icon

1.  Click on thefrom your desktop.
2. Log in using "Single Sign-on" and make sure that institution name is University of Calgary. Then authenticate with your IT username and password.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

YuJa Sofware Capture will look like this.

You can now begin to create a recording of:

            A. Your computer screen - see more options here.

            B. Your voice using a microphone

            C. Your face through a webcam.

Tip: Do not forget to add a Title and Description on the respective boxes located at the top of the dialog box before you start a recording.
