What is Covidence?

Covidence is a systematic review production tool, not necessarily a citation management tool.

Covidence is available from Cochrane for primary screening and data extraction.

Covidence is designed to perform various functions to streamline the review process:

  • import/upload search results
  • invite colleagues or supervisors
  • conduct title and abstract screening
  • conduct full text review
  • conduct risk of bias and critical appraisal
  • extract data
  • export results to Excel
