In this process, we go on your behalf to ask from another library for an article or book chapter that you have requested. We do not question why you need it and work to complete the request within 24 hours of your submission. Unfortunately the response from the other library may not be as quick.
We will only fill requests that cannot be located by the electronic resources available through UCQ access.
